Service Description

Hypnotherapy can be extremely relaxing and restorative, and it can be used just for that. It can also be used to affect real change in the subconscious mind, healing our hurt feelings from decades ago and helping us let go of things that are holding us back in life. Hypnotherapy can help us reach our true potentials. Hypnotherapy helped me, and it can help you too. You get out of it what you put in, so if you want to get deep and heal some childhood trauma with me, let's do it! If you want to address an addiction, like smoking or shopping, we can do that too! If you want to work on an addiction like drinking or drugs, we can also work on that, once we get the okay from your medical doctor! Hypnosis can help with so many things. We can find what will work best for you and do it together.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance if at all possible. I am happy to work with schedule fluctuations and try to be flexible whenever I can, though repeat no-shows will require to pre-pay for future appointments, refundable up until 24 hours before the session.
