Want something you can listen to while you're falling asleep? Or something to listen to when a craving hits? Do you have a goal you're working towards and want to get your subconscious on your side but prefer just listening to interacting? We can schedule a time to talk about what you'd like, and I'll make an MP3 recording for you to keep.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance if at all possible. I am happy to work with schedule fluctuations and try to be flexible whenever I can, though repeat no-shows will require to pre-pay for future appointments, refundable up until 24 hours before the session.
